Sites that do not provide a link to the top 100 sites list do not receive a link to their site.

If
You use your own banner you must provide the URL to your graphic (banner) on YOUR server when you
sign up.
Tripod and Yahoo as well as other free web sites cannot display their banner...
Free sites do not allow graphics to be pulled from their free space.
Your graphic may be no more than 468x60 pixels, and 20K in size. Any
graphics exceeding these specs will not be displayed.
Only sites with good design or sites that have something to offer (pretty much all sites) are accepted all other sites are deleted.
Add your link on your site for members to vote.
Once you have entered your site...your personal link will to given you in the browser.
You need to get it posted as soon as possible to start receiving votes.
If you don't link the button nobody can vote for you. You can use the button
on as many pages as you like to get votes.
Voting is updated every hour. and resets one time a year.
ISP's are logged to avoid cheating :) any site suspected of cheating will be removed.
This is a very
secure script and you can click threw a number of times but it will only give you one vote.
The hits in are the number of votes you have received.
The hits out are the number of visitors sent to your site from the voting page.
You can vote for as many different sites as you want....just click on the link to their site and then click back on their voting button.
Hopefully they come back and vote for you :)
